Graph2Lab Window Overview

The Graph2Lab window is your learning and configuration laboratory for the Graph2 external component. You can use is strictly for development work or you can include it in your applications for end user use (usually for System Administrators or other trained personnel).

The first release of the Graph2Lab window class contains four panes for the four major tasks of the window: Graph manipulation, Data manipulation, Snapshot taking and Archiving of Graph2 layout information.

This window is not locked in the version you purchase, so you can do what you will with the technology in your own application. Perhaps you don't want your end users to have access to the Lab per se, but would like to offer them the ability to import new graph layouts you create for them. You can sort out how to do this by examining the code in the Graph2Lab window - or we can help you at our usual consulting rates.

To learn what each pane offers, use the navigation links on the left side of this web page.

We do require that windows containing any of this technology be locked before distribution and that our copyright be included with yours on any splash screens or printed materials. Our license agreement does not allow this technology to be included in libraries sold to other developers or whose main purpose is to show developers how to program graphs. We are, however, open to discussing inclusion of this technology in framework products and other items sold to the Omnis Studio developer community on a case-by-case basis.
